Learn more about Azauw

Azauw in three moves.

Forward a real RFQ, PR, manual or photo. Azauw understands it, links it to the right job type in our maritime taxonomy and replies in the same thread with a vendor list and, when you want, a tighter iRFQ.

In one glance

What Azauw is — and is not.

A clear view of what Azauw does, without extra jargon.

Email-first interface

You keep using email and your PMS. Azauw simply listens at rfq@azauw.com and irfq@azauw.com — no portals, no uploads.

Maritime taxonomy under the hood

Every request is linked to a parent–child job type so the right vendors and iRFQ questions attach automatically.

Not a marketplace

Vendors don’t pay for visibility. Rankings are based on fit, references, and context around the job — never ads.

See the flow

From your inbox to a clear answer.

See the internal steps from the first email to the response that comes back.

1
You forward what you have. PR from the PMS, an existing RFQ, a manual, a picture of a nameplate or three lines of text — no special format.
2
Azauw detects the real job. The content is parsed and linked to a taxonomy node that represents the actual job, not just the subject line.
3
Vendors and questions are attached. The node carries two things: vendors (materials / services) and a small set of iRFQ questions for that type of work.
4
You choose: vendor list, iRFQ, or both. You can stop at a ranked vendor list, or let Azauw ask a few questions in the thread to make the RFQ “technically complete”.

This structured view is what powers the short answer you see in your inbox.

Two options per email

Use Azauw as a finder or as a co‑pilot.

On every request you can stay light and just get vendor options, or go one step deeper and let Azauw tighten the RFQ.

A. Vendor finder

For when you know roughly what you need and mainly want better reach.

  • Send to rfq@azauw.com.
  • Get a ranked list of vendors (global + local) with confidence levels.
  • Contact them yourself, or ask Azauw to send the RFQ.

B. iRFQ co‑pilot

For when you want to avoid vague RFQs and change orders later.

  • Send to iRFQ@azauw.com.
  • Azauw replies with a handful of node‑specific questions.
  • You or colleagues answer directly in the thread; no logins needed.
Who it helps

Same inbox, less hunting and guessing.

Crew on board

Take a photo, add two lines, send. Azauw takes care of the structure and surfaces who can actually help.

Superintendents & buyers

Less time searching and rewriting RFQs, more time comparing apples to apples and deciding what to award.

Specialised vendors

Be matched to real jobs that fit your capabilities, and receive RFQs that are clearer from the start.

The best way to understand Azauw is to see it on something real. Forward an RFQ or PR that’s already on your desk and we’ll show you how Azauw would respond.
