Who we are. Azauw™ is a product of Meywest B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KVK 94807620), headquartered at Galileistraat 33, 3029 AM Rotterdam.

What we do. We provide an email‑based procurement interface for shipping. Users email requests to rfq@azauw.com and we return verified vendor results and, if requested, benchmarks.

Data we process. The content you email to us (RFQs, contact details, attachments), basic technical logs (time, sender, headers), and vendor information collected from publicly available sources.

Why we process it. To understand your request, find suitable vendors, and return results. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in providing the service you asked for.

How long we keep it. We retain email threads and working notes for as long as needed to deliver the service and maintain auditability, after which we minimise or delete them, unless a longer period is required by law.

Sharing. We may share limited request details with potential vendors to obtain availability or pricing. We do not sell personal data.

Location of processing. Processing occurs in the EU where possible. Some tooling or processors may operate outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

Security. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls and least‑privilege principles.
